Guests mean more to me than a sale; they are like family. Some of my special skills include my product knowledge and my strategic planning skills. Prior to joining the auto industry, I worked for Delta and Macy’s, and the management teams at both companies recognized me as one of the best customer service agents. When it comes to helping others, this is my true passion in life. In my free time, I also enjoy traveling and playing soccer, basketball, and football. I’m a fan of the Vikings and various Cleveland sports teams.
