Welcome! My name is Juan, and I'm a sales consultant here at Bloomington Hyundai. I have developed a strong work ethic and passion for helping others, with over five years of experience in customer service, problem solving, and team management. I'm known for using strategic communication to understand how people feel and respond in different situations, allowing me to better serve their needs. I recently earned my Associate Degree in Marketing and Management from Normandale Community College. Before joining the automotive industry, I spent six years at Chick-fil-A, where I developed a solid foundation in customer-focused service. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, hiking, and kayaking the beautiful lakes of Minnesota. I'm excited to help you find the perfect vehicle to fit your lifestyle and daily needs.

Juan was so helpful and considerate. He kept me informed throughout the whole process. When my car wasn't ready on Tuesday afternoon he volunteered to bring my car to me at my home which he did. He went over and above to make my day. I would recommend him to anyone for a great salesperson.
